Job title

• Provide continuous availability to our customers and employees.
• Support query resolution.
• Solicit, make and present estimated work costs with a schedule for our customers and why not, get involved during the work.
• Initiate, coordinate and supervise the execution and the work budgets.
• Maintain up-to-date registers, directories and reports.
• Ensure the general maintenance of the buildings.

Required qualifications

• DEP or in the process of obtaining.
• Customer service is in your DNA.
• You are proactive and manage priorities well.
• You have a good command of written and spoken French. English is also an asset.
• A sense of initiative, autonomy and organization are at the origin of your success.
